- Avoid being present at the showing
Your Interested Buyers
While it can be tempting to do business yourself, you will be better off in the end if you allow your Realtor to discuss the details of the sale with interested parties.
- Don’t discuss anything concerning the sale with an interested buyer.
- Let your REALTOR® discuss price, terms, possession, and other factors with the customer. They are eminently qualified to bring negotiations to a favorable conclusion.
