Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Green Bay, WI.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a range of office management tasks, including maintaining schedules, coordinating appointments, processing paperwork, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Additional responsibilities may include answering phone inquiries, managing correspondence, and assisting with client interactions.

 

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 4 Hours / Day
  • Ability to work more hours when necessary

 

Compensation

  • Starting at $17 / Hour

 

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage schedules and paperwork effectively.
  • Proficiency in office tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality in a professional setting.
  • Prior administrative or office management experience is preferred, particularly in a real estate or service-based environment.
