Get your costumes ready for the The 3rd Annual Mark D. Olejniczak Realty Halloween Extravaganza!

Our spooktacular, family-friendly Halloween event is returning to the office for the third year! Featuring awesome raffle prizes from local businesses, loads of candy for trick-or-treaters, and a surprise visit from the dynamic duo – The Green Bay Fire & Brown County Police Departments! This event will be a scream for the little monsters of Green Bay – a free, frightfully fun event just for them!

Date: Saturday, October 11, 2025

Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Location: 375 W. St. Joseph St., Green Bay, WI, 54301

Additional information: All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under 17 are encouraged to wear a costume to be entered into the raffle for gift baskets.

The Halloween Extravaganza is our way of giving back to our wonderful Green Bay community, expressing gratitude for supporting our business for forty four years! 100% of all donations will go into making this event as special and memorable as it can be! It’s a joy for us to contribute, and we’re committed to keeping this cherished tradition alive every year!
